We've heard it said time and time again that we reap what we sow, and yet many of us refuse to use this as a guiding principle in the way we approach our writing careers. Reaping what one sows is a natural principle to life. You cannot go and harvest on someone's farm something you did not plant.

He who does not work, must not eat. He who does not sow, must not reap. When applied to our writing careers, many of us have found this premise to be the driving force of either our failures or our successes.

If you work on honing your craft, you will see yourself get better with time. And if you don't, you will find yourself in the same place you've always been - envying other writers who are staying up nights to hone their craft and wondering why things come to them so easily. I can't say much on this topic because the principle in itself is as clear as night and day. YOU will reap what YOU sow! It's as simple as that.
